He is survived by: his children, James McKinney of Lancaster, Steve McKinney of Coatesville and Denise Carter of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Camile, Tina and Austin Carter; and his brother George McKinney (Ruth) of Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
