With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth L. Rutter (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on November 27, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edgar R. Rutter, Jr.; her sons, Charles R. Rutter, Sr. (Sandra) and David L. Rutter; her grandchildren, Dawn Hoffmaster, Deneen Schock, Missy Baumgardner, David Rutter, Jr. and Charles Rutter, Jr.; and also Stephanie. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
