She was predeceased by: her spouse James Oliver Woollen. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Schmelzer (John), James E. Woollen (Linda), John O. Woollen (Deb) and Sandra E. Larramore (Thom). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Shelter or the Wounded Warrior Project.
