She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Allen Spak; and her parents, Pauline Sachs and Meyer Sachs. She is survived by: her children, Steven Spak (Mindy) and Laurel Zemil (Brian); her brother Beryl Sachs (Jean); and her grandchildren, Russell Spak, Emily Spak, Lila Zemil and Jane Zemil.
