She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Ray Thornton; and her son Wes Thornton. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Harper Flynn (Steve); her daughter-in-law Sheryl Thornton; her grandchildren, Kristen Harper Niblett (Cory), Joshua Harper (Misty), Sophie Thornton and Danny Thornton; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Niblett and McKenzie Niblett.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forestlawn Gardens and Mausoleum (730 Golden Springs Rd, Anniston, AL 36207).
