He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Hazel Patricia 'Pat Chalk; his children, John Chalk, Sr. and Marcy Chalk-Geppi; his children-in-law, Steve Geppi and Laurie Chalk; his siblings, Pat Miller, Shirley Zang and Kenneth Chalk; and his parents, Howard Chalk and Catherine Chalk (Schauck). He was also cherished by 2 cats and several close friends.
