He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Vail and Marie Muccillo Vail. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Vail; his daughter Samantha Vail (Bryan Welsh); and his brother Michael Vail (Ginger). He is also survived by niece, several cousins, and a host of friends.
