He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Jane Foulke; his son David A. Foulke; and his brother William Foulke. He is survived by: his daughter Peggy Ann Mazurek (Robert); his granddaughter Elizabeth J. Mazurek; and his brother Douglas Foulke.
