We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2020, at the age of 95, Grace Carter (Baltimore, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Emerson and Dorothy Emerson of Baltimore; and her husband William S. Carter. She is survived by: her children, Margaret C. Bass (Michael) and Robert P. Carter (Patricia); her granddaughters, Christine C. Bass (Matthew Stangle) and Jacquelyn D. Bass (Scott Johnson); and her great grandchild Maddie Stangle.
