She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Samuels; her sister Saundra Toor; and her parents, Bessie Siegel and Robert Siegel. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Stevens; her stepson Jeffrey David Samuels (Marsha); and her granddaughters, Mandi Beth Stevens and Emily Jayne Stevens.
