She is survived by: her son Richard Wayne Townsend, Jr.; her wife Fran of Bel Air; her sons, David L. Townsend (Gail) of Reisterstown, Mark K. Townsend (Sandy) of Stewartstown, PA and Randy P. Townsend of Landsdowne; and her siblings, Betty Pobletts of Westminster, Buck Blizzard and Mary Cage. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
