It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Platt (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on May 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Ellen Platt; his siblings, Gary Platt and Beverly Mandel; his brother-in-law Michael Laupheimer; and his parents, Max Platt and Bertha Platt.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Jeffrey Platt (Pamela), Marc Platt (Julie) and Wendy Platt Newberger (Scott); his sister Elinor Laupheimer; his brother-in-law Robert Mandel; his grandchildren, Michael Platt (Channy), David Platt (Rabbi Ariel), Dr. Kevin Platt (Sarah), Samantha Auerbach (Michael), Jonah Platt (Courtney), Hannah Platt (Avery Rosin), Benjamin, Henry Platt, Max, Eli, Alana and Shira Newberger; and his great grandchildren, Elisheva, Devorah, Naphtali, Michal, Rivkah Platt, Hailey Platt, Jacob Ezra Platt, Ryan, Noah, Jordan, Sawyer Auerbach and Joseph Michael Platt.
