He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Cohen and Carl Cohen. He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Hofkin; his nieces, Leah Hofkin and Karen Hofkin; and his nephew Dr. Stephen Hofkin (Sabrina). He is also survived by three great-nephews.
