He was predeceased by: his sister Crystal Lee Wallace; his great-grandparent Lucy Maddle; his grandparents, Andrew Johnson, Michael Eugene Roberts, Jimmy Meadow II and Leatrice Johnson; and his uncle Andrew Johnson, Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Mary Sagent and Jimmy Meadow III; his sisters, Angela Moore (Jackie West) and Shannon; his niece Tiffany A. Mullins; his nephew Andrew JoPaul Ketron; his cousins, James Travis and Charles Russell; his aunts, Ruth Beatty and Sharone Osborne; and also, Haley Wallen and Martha Ramey.
