He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Darlene Palmer; his children, Josh Palmer and Jocelyn Baier (John); his brother Alvin Palmer (Lorraine); and his nieces and nephews, Kyleigh Porter, Summer Walden, Ashwynn Halbert, Erik Stranger and Brian Palmer.
