We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2019, at the age of 94, Joan (Ripperger) Carter (Baltimore, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Louis J. Carter; and her siblings, Arold, John, Carol and Mary.

She is survived by: her son Jason Carter (Kimberly Carter); her grandsons, John (Jack) and Ryan; and her sisters, Nancy, Constance, Henrietta and Katherine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the charity of the donor's choice.
