John Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Carter of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Sandra Jacobs; and his brother Hugh Carter, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rosanne "Pinky" Carter; his children, Phyllis Carter (Michael), James Carter and Mark Carter (Cindy); and his siblings, Verna Cooper, Charles Carter and Dorothea Beall. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 10:30 a. m. Further services and interment will be private. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, masks must be worn and social distancing practiced while at the funeral home and in the church.
