She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Sandler; her siblings, Selby Saltz, Helen and Lester Kaplan; and her parents, Rebecca Kaplan and Louis Kaplan.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Lawrence Sandler (Marlene Sokoloski-Sandler) and Deborah Sandler; her grandchildren, Rebecca Sandler (Jayce Flickinger), Lauren Sandler (Chris Kiehne) and Robert Sandler (Gal Katz); and her great grandchildren, Nora and Lucy.
