Elutrio Jr. (Baltimore, Maryland), born in Monongah, West Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Giueseppe Elutrio and Fortunata Elutrio (Nee); and his siblings, Mike Flamini, Dominic Flamini, Mary Wren, Jennie Carpenter and Adeline Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Elutrio (Nee); his children, Joseph A. Elutrio III (Allison), Glenn D. Elutrio (Melissa) and Paula J. Skapura (Jason Crouse); his grandchildren, Gina Elutrio, Kristen Hubbard, Marie Elutrio, Marissa Skapura, Robert J. Skapura, Devin Elutrio and Rylie Elutrio; his great grandchildren, Hudson and Hayes Hubbard; and his sibling's children, Anna Marie Flamini, Ricky, Randy and Brian Carpenter.
