He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Bruff Baumgartner. He is survived by: his children, Norma B. Wagner (Norbert), Joseph E. Baumgartner III, Stephen G. Baumgartner (Nora) and Clay Souder (David); his grandchildren, Norbert III, Thomas, Joel, Joshua, Jessica, Stephen, Benjamin, Jackson, Brett and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Lily, Declan and Claire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
