She is survived by: her father Oliver Cunningham; her sister Verona "Ronnie"; her husband William Donald Walker, Sr.; her son William Donald Walker, Jr. (Sheryl); her granddaughters, Vickie and Karen Walker; her daughters, Vickie and Karen (William Charles); her grandchildren, Rhonda, Donald, Robert, Tara, Danielle, Jazzman, Charles, Kelsey and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Maliyah and Ricky; her siblings, Ann (David, Sr), Lou Ray Tabb and Richard Cunningham; and her mother-in-law Grace Walker Cooke.
On February 15, 2020, Josephine departed from this life after her ongoing battle of Alzheimer's disease and cancer.
