She is survived by: her children, Sheila "Abby", Yolanda, Myra Sepulveda, Lesley Paz and James Alan Smith; her grandsons, David, Marcus, Lamont Purnell and Justin; her great grandchildren, Daron and Gianna; her sisters, Geraldine Melton and Brenda McDaniels; her goddaughter Imani Staton-McCrimmon; her siblings' children, Gwendolyn "Gwennie", Linda Alston, LaVette Clarke, Kellie McDaniels and Marlon McDan; and her friend Larry. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
