It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Menser (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on September 2, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Kay was loved and cherished by many people including: sons, Kenneth S. Menser (Ann) and Keith B. Menser; sister Mary Nazueka; and grandsons, Zachary and Jason Menser.
