He was predeceased by: his spouse Irene M. Casale; his parents, Santo Casale and Margaret Casale; and his siblings, Sam Casale and Mary Catherine Franz.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Casale (Diane) and Lawrence R. Casale, Jr.; and his grandchild Candace C. Casale.
