He was predeceased by: his sister Rita Berkman (Harold); and his parents, Mary Cohen and Aaron Cohen. He is survived by: his wife Donna Cohen; his sons, Herbert Cohen (Pamela) and Martin Cohen; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Harrison, Daniel and Hunter Cohen; and his sibling's children, Cheryl Henson (Tom) and Aaron Henson.
