He was predeceased by: his parent John Gerstley. He is survived by: his parent Barbara Judd; his children, Brooks Gerstley of Sacramento, CA and Maria Gerstley of Berkely, CA; and his siblings, Jeanne Gerstley Weiner (Jeff Weiner), Ron Gerstley (Amy Blank) and Ken Gerstley (Lori Gerstley). He is also survived by his five nieces and two nephews.
