He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, Vienna Sue Cary of Wichita Kansas, Mark Allen Trefethen of Perryville, Curtis Leroy Trefethen of Lebanon and Terri McDaniels of Derby Kansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirty two great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
