It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lilley Kathryn Garlow (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on July 21, 2019, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her aunts and uncles, Anne Higham, Barbara Higham, Patricia Higham, Denise Garlow, Ann Garlow, Renee DeMay, Tom Garlow, Steve Garlow, Charles Kessler, Lawrence Sonnenfeldt and Clem Burton; her grandmother Kathryn Garlow; and her friends, Beth and Chris Nguyen.
