She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Hackerman; her parents, Yetta Patz and Benjamin Patz; her siblings, Nathan Patz (Doris), Marie Cohen (Sam), Harold Patz (Charlotte), Helen Chernak (Sidney) and Freda Seidman (Henry); and her daughter-in-law Esther Hackerman.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Mordechai Hackerman and Nancy Hackerman; her grandchildren, Noach Hackerman (Chani), Binyamin Hackerman, Mayer Hackerman (Leah), Gamliel Hackerman (Fayge) and Miriam Blau (Yossi); and her close friend Willard.
