He was predeceased by: his parent John Safchuck (Sawczuk); and his sibling Lawrence. He is survived by: his parent Julia Shapula Safchuck (Szypula); and his siblings, Florence Yutchishen, Ann Rice, Dan, Walter and Paul Safchuck.
