She was predeceased by: her husband Lev Spivak; her son Alexander Spivak; and her parents, Reveka Grushko and Noy Grushko. She is survived by: her daughter Natalya Spivak (Boris Bronshteyn); her grandchildren, Inga Gardner (Adam) and Valerie Spivak; and her great grandchildren, Holden Gardner, Winston Gardner, Maxmillian Spivak and Edward Spivak.
