She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edgar Draper (Ed) and Ethel Brown Draper; her husband William R. Pierce; her daughter Marie; her brother Roscoe D. Draper; her children, Marlana Mitchell (Clarence), Ethel Green (Clyde) and William Pierce; and her grandchildren, Shannon Green, Leila Green, Erick Mitchell (Melba) and Dr. Travis Mitchell (Carly). She was also cherished by nine Great-Grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Marie's memory be made to the Bethel AME Church, 50 S. Merion Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.
