She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles W. Parks, Sr.; her children, Charlene McConnell (Parks), Cheryl Perry (Gene), Charles Parks, Jr. (Anna) and Craig Parks (Kim); her grandchildren, Caitlin Fleiner (Adam), Lynne Kenton (Fletcher), Andrew Perry, Nicolas Perry (Justine), Zachary Parks, Adam and Ashleigh Parks; her great-grandparents, Devin Fleiner, Lynne and Fletcher; her parents, Albert Mrozinski and Eva Mrozinski; her aunt Theresa Mrozinski; and her brother Norman Mrozinski.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Marlene's honor to either Hospice of the Chesapeake or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
