We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2019, at the age of 81, Mary Patricia Carter (Baltimore, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Glenn Carter, David Carter, Kimberly Carter-Hill and Charles Carter, Jr.; her grandchildren, Teddy Ruddleston, Trevor Carter, Wife Katie, Caitlynn Carter, Sarah Carter and David Carter; her great grandchild Aiden Ruddleston; and her siblings, Rita Miller, Barbara Rinedone, Lois Rinehart, Michael Miller, Jean Blum, Evelyn Kapraun, Rose Wilmer and Buddy Miller. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
