With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mattie Elizabeth King of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Leroy and Lillie Margaret Hett Brown; and her sisters, Amelia Servary and Cedelle Barrett. She is survived by: her husband Leslie Ernest King Jr.; her sons, Alan King (Dora) of Land O'Lakes, FL. and Stephen King (Donna) of Clemson, SC; her grandchildren, Christopher King, Jessica Bullard and Stephanie Oprea; her great grandchildren, Kristina King, Saniya King, Alana King, Finn Oprea, Ryder Oprea, Jude Oprea, Keira Bullard and Kyle Bullard; and her sister Naomi Ward.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Johns United Methodist Church, 104 Newberry St., Aiken, SC 29801.
