She was predeceased by: her spouse Donald Flax. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Foreman (Joel) and William Flax (Sandra); her grandchildren, Jonathan Foreman, Jill Gramer (Andrew) and Lauren Flax; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Nicholas and Katherine Gramer.
