He was predeceased by: his child Anne Marie; and his parents, Alvin and Lorraine. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Christina, David and Andrew; his grandchildren, Brianna, Nicholas, Jace, William and Baby Girl Keogh; and his siblings, Kathy, Tim and Jim.
In lieu of flowers, people are welcome to make donations in memory of Mike to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or Make-A-Wish Foundation.
