She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wisniewski and Winifred Wisniewski; her son Charles Ludwitzke; Francis James Ludwitzke. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Ludwitzke (Cathy) and Michael J. Ludwitzke (late Karen); her sister DeSales "Rosemarie" Wisniewski; Barbara. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
