It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Kelley (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on November 5, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Lehman and Lillian Lehman; her children, Loretta McNeil (Dean), Steven J. Larkins, William Larkins Jr., Linda D. Larkins and Kathleen L. Marks; her grandchildren, Michael, Robin, Walter, Stephanie and Eric; her great grandchildren, Tim, Robert and Jaden; and her niece Margaret. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
