It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Burkhard (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Earl W. Burkhard; her daughter Carole Nolet (Rich); her grandchildren, Brian Nolet (Nancy), Melanie and Julie; and her great grandchildren, Chlo, Guy, Emma and Asher.
