She is survived by: her husband Donald Addison; her children, Sandy Neet (Joe) and Donald Addison, II (Paula); her granddaughters, Heather, Amanda, Brittany and Kristin; her great grandchildren, Cooper and Natalie; and her brother Gary Sullivan. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Patsy's memory to American Heart Association.
