She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Otts" Tolson; her daughters, Patricia A. Ruppert, Dawn M. Gardner (Lloyd "Buck" Gardner) and Erica L. Cantafio (Craig Cantafio, Sr.); her siblings, William "Billy" Lucas, Jr., Cynthia Neary and Robert Lucas; and her grandchildren, Candace J. Ruppert, William L. Ruppert, Jr., Ryan Gardner, Nicholas Gardner, Andrea Hunt, Timothy Gardner, Zachary Hunt, Zoe Gardner, Craig "CJ" Cantafio, Jr., Lucas Cantafio and Addison Cantafio. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the funeral home can only allow a limited number of people in the funeral home. Everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask.
