She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Walter L. Carter; her children, John, Juanita Carter, James, Cindy Carter, Mary, Mike Willis, Jeffrey, Betty Carter, Jason Carter, Jerome Carter and Joseph Carter; her grandchildren, Judy, Angelique, Seneka, Justin, Jeremy, Jamie, Matt, Jeffrey, Ricky, Kayla, Jeffrey, Jr., Jessica, Nichole, Shawn and Christine; and her great grandchildren, Alanna, Makayla, Kira, Nick, Jake, Hailey, Luci, Brian and Jayda.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Regina's name to Sacred Heart of Mary Church.
