He is survived by: his children, Richard Jr. (Catherine), Michael Thorn and Amanda Thorn; his stepchildren, Grant and Victoria Berry; his children, Angie Fuqa, Stonewall Kiser and Justin Kiser; and his brother Louis Kamm.
