He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Barbara Elizabeth Moser; his children, Vicki Hastings (George), Rick Moser (Susan), Bill Moser and Paul Moser; his grandchildren, George, Elizabeth, Josh, Suzanne, Crisie, Paul, Ricky and Hans; his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Karoline, Josh, Nathan, Cameron, Kayla, Jimmy, Ameila, Adele and Bradey; and his sibling Robert C. Moser.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Richard's memory to St. Stephen Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
