He was predeceased by: his parent Ted W. Shaffer, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Courtney Stulich and Brianna Dattolo; his parent Janet Cruz; his siblings, Ted W. Shaffer, Jr., James Cruz, Paul Cruz, Tony Cruz, Tracy Cruz, Sharon Cruz and Nancy Cruz; his nieces and nephews, Christian Shaffer, Trevor Shaffer and Jacqueline Shaffer; and his significant other Lynn Kedzierski.
