He was predeceased by: his grandchild MacKenna Ricci-Leigh Hall. He is survived by: his wife Deborah C. Loss; his stepson Blake R. Hall, Jr. (Lisa); his grandson Blake R. Hall, III; his brother Johnny Abel; his siblings-in-law, Bill, Dee Brathor, Joe and Darlene Cooke; his sibling's children, Jordan (Mike Tomasi), Joey Cooke, James Brathor and William Brathor, Jr. (Michael Brathor); and also Enzo Tomasi. He is also survived by other great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends.
