It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robbye Barrow Horowicz of Baltimore, Maryland, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mildred Louise; her sister Dana Sue Vail of West Lafayette; her children, Neysa Lee Horowicz of South Attleboro, MA, Christopher Andrew (Karissa Horowicz), Benjamin David (Elizabeth Horowicz) and Joshua Abraham (Sarah Horowicz); her nephews, Jeremy and Jonathan; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Aaron, Samuel, Addison, Henley, Cullen, Griffin, Aiden, Lillian and Abigail.
