He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Evans. He is survived by: his wife Anne Lovelace Black Evans; his children, Sally Evans Yost and Middleton Evans Jr; his grandchildren, Madison, Winslow and Kiefer Yost; and his sister Eunice Evans Buzby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
