He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor "Dink" Rigger. He is survived by: his children, Christy Rigger Van Sant (Stephen), James Robert Rigger (late Cricket), Frances Rigger Butcher (late Greg) and Mary Lorraine Wontrop (John); his grandchildren, Llyn (Michelle), Jessica (Larry), Shaymus (Erika), Gus (Amber), Patrick (Elizabeth), Sophia Renee (Richard), Laura (Eric), Cynthia (Bryan) and John Michael; and his siblings, Ira C. Rigger and Ralph Rigger. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
